Description

Note: This class is for beginners and new students; specifically for students with no experience or unfamiliar with HTML.

Have you ever wondered what steps it would take to build your own website? Well, we have the answers! Join us as we learn the steps to building your own website in HTML! HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a scripting language used to create the structure and content of web pages. HTML scripting describes the structure of a Web page consisting of an array of elements that communicates to the browser how to display the contents of a web page. Students will learn how to use HTML and integrate it with things like CSS & JavaScript in order to develop simple front-end web pages and learn how to deploy the website to the cloud.

Because HTML is easy to understand, the class would be suitable for beginners. By the end of the class, students should be able to create a basic website using HTML, with text, images, links, and forms, and have a good understanding of how HTML works and how to structure a web page.

Instructor's Bio:

Abhijeet has been involved in the programming and teaching sector for several years. He has worked with the brightest minds on wall street (Quantitative Researchers), and created AI (Machine Learning) Algorithms that analyze stock data, and give recommendations. He has also spent a lot of his time volunteering, and working with gifted students, and helping kids as young as 5 years old, and has been teaching them programming for several years. He has taught students that had no idea how to program, and they went on to win programming competitions. As of right now, he still works as a teacher for a private school, and still works with Quantitative Researchers on a daily basis.
