What is the CogAT Test? The Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT test) is a gifted screening test used by many school districts to qualify children for their gifted and talented programs. This is not an achievement or IQ test. The CogAT is given to students from Pre-K up through high school and we offer CogAT practice for Pre-K, Kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade and sixth grade.
