8th grade Math/ELA mini-assessment (for students entering 9th grade in the fall)

This is for students who will complete 8th grade in the spring of 2025 and enter 9th grade in the fall of 2025!

This assessment is for current 8th-grade students to assess how much they have learned from the current school year.

IMPORTANT: After you purchase the assessment, we will send you the Math/ELA exercises for your child to complete. This should be done within 36 hours of purchasing. Once your child has completed the assessment, you’ll need to scan or take a picture of your child’s writing and email it to online.tutoing@testingmom.com. We will send you a link to schedule a time to review the results with one of our educational advisors.

Parents should NOT help the child other than to go over directions with them.   

The mini-assessment consists of 20 questions:

• 10 grade level ELA
• 10 grade level Math
