Product Details

Our WPPSI-IV Mini-Assessment simulates the test. For ages 2 years 6 months to 7 years 7 months.

Wondering how your child might perform on the WPPSI-IV®? Our WPPSI-IV Mini Assessment provides a realistic, one-on-one testing experience that helps parents better understand their child’s strengths, challenges, and readiness before taking an official evaluation.

Designed for children ages 2 years, 6 months through 7 years, 7 months, this online assessment simulates many of the question types and interactions children encounter during the actual WPPSI-IV.

Why Take a WPPSI-IV Mini Assessment?

Many parents are unfamiliar with cognitive testing and don’t know what to expect. A mini assessment can help:

  • Familiarize your child with a one-to-one testing environment
  • Reduce anxiety about working with an unfamiliar adult
  • Identify cognitive strengths and areas for improvement
  • Observe attention, listening, and test-taking behaviors
  • Build confidence before a formal evaluation
  • Help parents make informed decisions about next steps

Whether your child is being evaluated for gifted programs, private school admissions, or educational planning, this assessment provides valuable insights.

What Is the WPPSI-IV?

The WPPSI-IV (Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence, Fourth Edition) is one of the most widely used cognitive assessments for young children. It measures a variety of abilities, including:

  • Verbal comprehension
  • Visual-spatial reasoning
  • Fluid reasoning
  • Working memory
  • Processing speed

While our mini assessment is not an official WPPSI-IV evaluation and does not provide an IQ score, it gives families a meaningful preview of the types of skills and tasks commonly assessed.

Determine How Your Child Would Perform Today

Our experienced tutors present age-appropriate, test-like questions in a supportive environment, allowing parents to see how their child responds under testing conditions.

You’ll gain a clearer understanding of:

  • How well your child listens and follows directions
  • Problem-solving and reasoning abilities
  • Attention and focus during testing
  • Confidence when answering questions
  • Areas where additional practice may be beneficial
