
Cognitive Abilities Test – CogAT Gifted test questions, CAT test
The Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT test and CAT test) is given as a kindergarten test, first grade test, second grade test all the way through high school to measure a child’s reasoning abilities for verbal, nonverbal and quantitative reasoning. The goal of the CogAT exam is to assess the child’s reasoning abilities. The Cognitive Abilities Test also provides predicted achievement scores when administered with The Iowa Tests. Each CogAT sample test questions are designed with questions of varying difficulty levels.
