More OLSAT test practice questions posted each week through January for upcoming NYC G&T test

We’re pleased to announce we’ll be posting even more OLSAT test practice questions over the next several weeks as parents rev up for the upcoming testing for the New York City Gifted and Talented Program. Stakes are high this year as we’ve heard many parents who would never had considered any public school option are registering for the G&T test in swarms this year to hopefully get a coveted spot in on the city-wide or district-wide programs that New York City has to offer. Here’s an important notice from the NYC dept of ed. recently posted in their site:

• Private school and current Pre-K students will be notified of their OLSAT test date by the Department of Education in mid-December, 2011.
• Public school students will receive notification of the OLSAT test date from their school. From past experience, the notices are usually sent out 3 days up to 2 weeks prior to the test. There have been cases of parents getting notified the day before so now’s the time to start preparing!
