Parents Fret as Kids Seek “‘Gifted” from the OLSAT Test Results – At Least According to Wall Street Journal

There’s a recent article in the Wall Street Journal. According to the article there was a 3% increase in students taking the OLSAT test this year get a spot in the coveted NYC gifted and talented program.
