TestingMom.com reviews the New York City Dept. of Ed. web site for frequent updates. The DOE site indicates the gifted and talented handbooks will be available online by the end of September. After reviewing the web site we haven’t seen any indication there are changes for the OLSAT test but we won’t know for sure until the handbooks are distributed within the next couple of weeks. We’ll let everyone know either way!
