The 7 Abilities Your Child Needs for Testing Success
posted by Karen Quinn, The Testing Mom - July 11th, 2012
Last night, July 10, Amy McCready, founder of Positive Parenting Solutions, joined Michael McCurdy and Karen Quinn for Testing Mom’s most popular tele-seminar yet, the 7 abilities your child needs for testing success. Karen Quinn shared tips on how to improve those 7 abilities in your children. She also shared how those 7 abilities are tested on the standardized tests, such as the CogAT, OLSAT, WPPSI – III, and Stanford – Binet Intelligence Scales. The 7 abilities include such as receptive and expressive language, knowledge comprehension, and visual-spatial reasoning. There is a presentation that followed the tele-seminar, giving question types from the various tests for the 7 abilities, so you can be familiar with what your child will be tested.
